Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the more frequently asked questions our team receives. Have a question, and don’t have the time to call? Your answer is only a short call/text away.

General Questions

What areas do you service?

We are based out of the Hudson and Bergen county. At this time we are currently only licensed & insured to work in New Jersey. However, we are working on expanding our team to service our neighbors in New York and Pennsylvania.

What are your prices/rates?

We are very competitive with our rates, and will price match whenever possible. However, for roofing services we will not use lesser quality materials to match pricing.

Roofing Installation

What types of roofs do you do?

Currently we focus on shingle and flat roofs. However we are working on offering metal roofs soon.

Do you do repairs?

We do repairs on a case by case basis. Leaks are notoriously difficult to pinpoint and warranty, therefore we focus on full roof installations. Our pricing for installations will have you wondering if a repair is really worth it.

What is your warranty?

Repairs – 6 month warranty

Layover – 5 year warranty

Full Tear & Roof Installation – 10 years (ask us about our 13 & 15 year warranties)

Handyman services

What handyman services do you offer?

Please refer to our handyman services page, as we’ve listed a majority of common handyman services we provide. If what you’re looking for isn’t listed, just give us a call and we’ll get back to you.

I started a project, but was unable to finish it. Can you help me?

Yes we can. There is no shame in asking for help on a project that turned out more difficult than anticipated. Give us a call, and let us know where you got stuck, and if we can walk you through it to the end, we will. If not, then we’ll send out someone to finish the job for you.

I bought a smart device, can you install it for me?

Yes we can. However before installing your device, we will ask what you expect out of your device to confirm you made the right choice. There’s nothing more annoying than getting something installed only to find out the feature you were looking for is not supported.

call or text us 24/7
